The aim of this project is to develop a script converter for the Konkani Wikipedia
Background बदल
Konkani is written in five scripts: Devanagari, Roman, Kannada, Malayalam and Perso-Arabic. Out of these, the Konkani Wikipedia has the largest number of pages in Devanagari, followed by a comparable number in Roman, and a few in Kannada. Since many users are familiar with only one script, it is desirable to have a script converter which would enable pages written in any one script to be read in any other.

Notes बदल
- Capitalise only the first alphabet of every sentence in Roman.
- If ज् or झ् consonant is followed by something that becomes (e,i,ea,ei) then use j or jh, otherwise, use z or zh
